Planned Communities Realty Company was founded by my grandfather Alan Ortlip in 1961. My father, Tod Ortlip, became CEO in 1977 and I have been with Planned Communities since 2007. I was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and currently reside in Worthington with my wife and 3 children. I have been practicing Real Estate in the State of Ohio since 2005 and have extensive experience in transactional real estate as well as commercial and residential land development. I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, MLS, and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange. I sit on the Board of Governors for The Lakes Golf and Country Club and sat on the Board of Directors of the Morton Foundation/First Tee of Central Ohio for over 20 Years. I currently run Orty's Outing, which is a non-profit organization supporting youth of central Ohio. I am passionate about providing the best service and value for my clients, and specialize in all aspects of real estate, from land development to luxury homes.
